To submit announcements, subscribe or unsubscribe, please email gwozny@fuhsdistrict.net by noon the school day before it is to run. Club announcements must be approved by advisors prior to submission. Announcements will run as long as we deem necessary unless specific dates are requested.

Pastels on the Plaza: Come on out to Pastels On The Plaza this Saturday, October 4th, between 8 AM and Noon to see the illustrious Isabella Kavanaugh create a beautiful square for Academy of the Redwoods! Principal King is providing hot cocoa, treats, and Heart of DARkness Coffee from Los Bagels for visiting AR students, staff, and families!
RAWWWWRRRRRR!!!!: Dino Club is back again this year! We plan to talk about dinosaurs and will hold activities like watching movies/shows, decorating dinosaur cookies, and other stuff that you can help come up with. We hold dinosaur club the last Friday of every month during lunch and will be meeting at the Anniversary Grove right next to the AR office. We are planning to have a whole lot of snacks at the first meeting, so make sure to come!! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
REBAR Hangout: This year's first Friday Hangout is this Friday, September 30th from 3pm - 6pm up at the SSC. There will be snacks and drinks as well as a variety of games, but feel free to bring your favorites from home as well!
In order to help make our first REBAR Hangout this year an awesome experience, we’re trying to collect food items/snacks to share with everyone. If you have something you want to bring or anything you would like to contribute, please email jlamas@fuhsdistrict.net

Humboldt Transit Authority schedules are available at https://hta.org. The AR Office sells monthly bus passes from Humboldt Transit Authority at a discounted rate for students.
COVID-19 AR Covid Protocol
-From the CDC: “CDC recommends everyone 12 years and older should get a COVID-19 vaccination to help protect against COVID-19.
-All AR students may attend AR classes in person regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
-Don’t forget to get your AR Gear at the AR Sidelines store!!
